What is in the serum
  • Lactic acid (AHA) — loosens the bonds holding dead skin cells together, across the whole sole.
  • Salicylic acid (BHA) — oil-soluble, so it reaches into thick callus on heels and the balls of the feet.
  • Centella asiatica — soothes the new skin while the old layer lifts.
  • 2 × 20 ml per pair, in a sealed foil sachet.
How to use it

Put the booties on clean, dry feet and seal the tab. Wait 60 minutes, then rinse your feet and dry them. That is the whole treatment — nothing to file, nothing to repeat daily.

Peeling usually starts on day 3 to 5 and finishes by about day 14. Do not pull sheets that are still attached; let them come away in the shower or inside your socks.

Fit

One size. The stretch booties fit up to a men’s US 12. One pair is one treatment for both feet.

Shipping & Delivery

Yes — we ship to United States.

Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours. We ship from our USA warehouse or the nearest international fulfilment center, and you get a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is on its way.

Returns — 60-Day Policy

You have 60 days after your order arrives to request a return. Because this is a sealed skincare product, returns cover pairs that are still unopened, in their original packaging — so if you order three and open one, the other two can still go back. Start a return through our Return Portal, or email info@neurogena.us for an RMA number.

Who should not use this

Do not use on broken skin, open cracks, wounds, eczema, psoriasis or athlete’s foot. If you have diabetes, neuropathy or poor circulation, speak to a clinician first. Not for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Keep away from children. External use only.

This removes dead skin. It is not a treatment for a medical condition and it will not fix a fissure that is already open.

What this is not

It is not a treatment for a medical condition. It removes dead skin — it does not cure cracked heels caused by eczema, psoriasis, fungal infection or diabetes, and it will not fix a fissure that is already open and bleeding.

Do not use if you have diabetes, neuropathy or poor circulation without speaking to a clinician first, or on broken skin, wounds, eczema, psoriasis or athlete’s foot. Not for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Keep away from children. External use only.

Questions people actually ask

When does the peeling start?

Usually day 3 to 5. Some people start on day 2, some not until day 7. Warm baths and walking speed it up; dry skin and cold feet slow it down. If nothing has happened by day 8, soak your feet in warm water for 15 minutes a day and it will normally begin.

Does it hurt?

No. The acids loosen the bonds between dead cells, they do not burn living skin. You may feel mild tingling while the booties are on. Sharp stinging means you have a crack or cut the serum has reached — take them off and rinse.

How long does the whole thing take?

About two weeks from the hour you wear them. Peeling runs for roughly 5 to 10 days, then stops on its own.

Can I peel the skin off faster?

Don’t. Pulling sheets that are still attached takes living skin with them and leaves sore patches. Let it come away in the shower or in your socks.

Can I wear shoes and go to work?

Yes. Most of the peeling happens inside your socks. If you are self-conscious about it, wear closed shoes during the peeling week.

How often can I use it?

Once every 4 to 6 weeks at most. Feet need time to rebuild the layer you just removed.

Will one pair do both feet?

Yes. One pair is one treatment, both feet.

Can I return it if I change my mind?

Yes, within 60 days — on pairs that are still sealed in their original packaging. An opened sachet cannot be resold, so it is not refundable. Email info@neurogena.us for an RMA number first.

One hour this evening. Smooth feet in two weeks.
