Belt size / how to use
One size fits all. The belt fits waists from 29 in (75 cm) to 55 in (140 cm); the tension straps let you secure and customise the fit.
How to use it: wrap the belt around your lower back and tighten the straps for proper support. Received it this morning and tried it for about half an hour while laying on the sofa watching Shipping Wars. When I took it off, I did feel a bit of improvement, but nothing major. This thing lol isn't really made to wear outside youll look like a transformer Its best used when lying down, and it definitely provides some relief.
