          Glad I bought

          I measure a 40"waist and my abdomen is about 44". I think if I was an inch thicker, I would need a larger size. However, this worked fine for me.           sciatic pain

          I've had almost constant sciatic pain for two months from a lumbar vertebra having moved forward over the one below it. This belt not only pushed it back up enough for the pain to stop but, when I took it off in the evening to take a shower, I felt no sciatic pain return. So, this morning, I didn't put it on. It's 6:48 PM and still no sciatic pain!!! Fantastic! I'm elated. I'm looking forward to seeing how long this lasts before I need to put it back on, as an experiment. Wonderful!!! Update: it's the second day and still no sciatic pain. Will continue the experiment to see how long it lasts.

          This works

          don't want to say this healed my bulging disc... But this healed my bulging disc!!! After years of physical therapy, decompression, stretching, changing diet and sleep positions... Nothing ever made any difference. Bulging disc pain (verified with MRI) was not terrible for me, but it just never stopped. Never. I started wearing this in the car on drives over 10 minutes...           Fast delivery

          I have to admit that I rarely try anything as soon as I get it to the point that it may not be opened until the return period is over, Opps.

          Highly recommended

          I have spinal stenosis and when I stand for longer than 5-10 minutes , my feet fall asleep. This condition has deteriorated over the years from a MC accident in the 80’s.
